Sample 1:
One of the most popular dishes in Hanoi is beef noodle soup. It comes from the North of Vietnam. Its main ingredients are slides of beef and noodles. We can normally find it nearly everywhere in Vietnam. People often eat it during the day, especially every morning. It tastes delicious. People often eat peppers and herbs with it. A thing which is quite special about it is that its ingredients are very fresh.
Sample 2:
Pho is essentially Vietnam’s signature dish, comprising rice noodles in a flavourful soup with meat and various greens, plus a side of nuoc cham (fermented fish) or chilli sauce. A basic bowl contains beef or chicken, topped with bean sprouts, lime wedges, and fresh herbs such as basil, mint, cilantro, and onions. Depending on the restaurant or roadside stall, you can also opt for more exotic ingredients such as gan (beef tendon), sach (thinly-sliced pig stomach), and ve don (flank with cartilage). Typically eaten for breakfast, pho is priced between VND 30,000 and VND 40,000 at a local restaurant or street market in Vietnam. Pho has shown its position not only in Vietnamese cuisine but also world cuisine. Pho can be seen everywhere from street stalls to high-end restaurants.

Bún Bò Huế is a Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup which comes from Huế – once the capital of Vietnam and still known as the Imperial City. An ideal bowl of Bún Bò Huế includes thin slices of marinated and boiled beef shank, chunks of oxtail, and pig's knuckles. It can also include cubes of congealed pig blood, which has a color between dark brown and maroon, and a texture resembling firm tofu. It is commonly served with lime wedges, cilantro sprigs, diced green onions, raw sliced onions, chili sauce, thinly sliced banana blossom, red cabbage, mint, basil, perilla, Persicaria odorata or Vietnamese coriander (rau răm), saw tooth herb (ngò gai) and sometimes mung bean sprouts. Till now, bún bò Huế has been among preferred choices for breakfast and lunch in Vietnam.

Banh cuon is great for when you’re feeling peckish whilst sightseeing in Vietnam. A combination of ground meat, minced wood ear mushroom, onions, Vietnamese ham (cha lua), wrapped in a steamed rice flour sheet, its overall taste is surprisingly mild despite the savoury ingredients. For added flavour, you can dip the banh cuon into nuoc cham mam (mix fish sauce). Banh cuon is a roll which covers all the culinary culture and spirit of different regions across the country.

In our town, banh mi is super popular. It's a yummy sandwich that comes from Vietnam. The best part is the crunchy bread filled with tasty things like meat and fresh veggies. You can find banh mi everywhere, and people love to eat it for a quick and delicious bite. The mix of crispy bread and flavorful fillings makes banh mi a favorite snack for everyone in our area.

In our town, everyone loves pho. It's a delicious noodle soup, a popular dish in Vietnam. The main things in it are yummy broth, noodles, and slices of meat. You can find pho in many places around here, and people often eat it for breakfast or lunch. It's so tasty, especially with fresh herbs and a bit of lime. The best part is how it warms you up on a cool day. People in our area really enjoy a hot bowl of pho!
