I live in Tan Yen, a rural village in Nghe An. Its scenery is picturesque with rolling hills and vast green fields stretching as far as the eye can see. The villagers there are friendly and welcoming. They are also very honest and helpful. Most of them make their living by farming and raising livestock. Tan Yen has a traditional communal house, and here the villagers gather for festivals, celebrations, and other events. The most interesting part of Tan Yen is the Ghost Festival on 15th July (according to the lunar calendar) when villagers reunite with their relatives. The beauty of nature and the warmth of community make Tan Yen a wonderful place to live in.

all I am able to say about my hometown hamlet. I think my village is a great place.
